Dear Members and Neighbors,

We're excited to share a new progress update on The River Club's golf course renovation project. Construction is well underway, our contractors are fully mobilized, and we continue to hit important milestones on schedule.

Below is a snapshot of what has been accomplished so far and what's coming in the next few weeks.

Major Milestones Completed

• Old maintenance building demolished and the site cleared
• Temporary maintenance facilities constructed and fully operational
• Temporary storage yard set up on the former practice hole, including:
• 62,000 feet of new irrigation pipe delivered
• 1,300 irrigation heads delivered
• New mainline pipe being welded together in 400-foot sections
• Greens and bunkers being excavated so that suitable materials can be salvaged and reused
• Concrete and asphalt cart paths removed in key construction areas
• Selective tree removal in areas where new lakes, fairways, tees, and greens will be created
• Course layout staked and marked to guide shaping and earthwork

What's Ahead in the Next Few Weeks

• Lakes will begin to be dug in several areas of the course
• The drainage ditch that runs through the golf course will be re-routed to improve long-term water management
• Fairways will be stripped and excavated as shaping expands across the property
• Continued refinement of greens, bunkers, and tee complexes based on architect Brian Curley's design
• Ongoing irrigation and pump-station work to support a more efficient, modern system
